1. The product

Keepsi is a private, local-first screenshot organizer application for iOS and Android. These Terms govern use of the apps and this website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

Keepsi is a technology company based in Israel, founded by Liron Shiryon. Contact: support@lirshir.com.

3. Your screenshots and data

Screenshots, collections, notes, reminders, and search indexes stay on your device unless you export or share them yourself. You are responsible for that content and for backing up anything you still need.

4. Free service and advertising

The app is free to download. Core organizer features are provided at no charge. The service displays a bottom banner ad (Unity LevelPlay, including ironSource and Unity Ads) to support ongoing development.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Keepsi to organize or store unlawful content, harass others, attempt to interfere with ads or the app, or violate applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Keepsi owns the app, branding, and software. You retain rights to photos and notes you create. You grant us a limited license only as needed to operate the product on your device (including showing ads through our providers).

7. Privacy

How local media and advertising data work is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Cleanup and organization tools are intended to help you manage screenshots, but we do not warrant that every file will be recoverable or that the app will be uninterrupted.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
